We want you to be happy with Northern Armor. If something went wrong or you were charged in error, we'll make it right. Email us at [email protected].
All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature — no credit card required. You won't be charged anything during this period.
If you decide Northern Armor isn't for you, simply don't subscribe when your trial ends. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Subscribe in the app, or by emailing [email protected].
When you cancel:
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation, unless covered by the scenarios below.
✓ Full refund — always.
If you were billed after you cancelled and we can verify the cancellation, we will refund the charge in full.
✓ Full refund — always.
If you were charged more than once for the same period, we will refund all duplicate charges.
✓ Refund or credit — case by case.
If a verified bug on our end prevented you from accessing the app for a significant portion of your billing period, we'll issue a prorated refund or account credit. Contact us with details.
✓ Full refund — within the first 48 hours.
If you subscribed and changed your mind within 48 hours of your first charge (not the trial), and haven't actively used AI features during that period, we'll refund you without question.
✗ Generally not refunded.
We send a reminder email before each renewal. If you forgot to cancel and the renewal processed, we typically cannot issue a refund — but contact us and we'll review your situation individually.
✗ Not refunded.
Access to the service is what you're paying for, not the number of workouts you complete. We encourage you to use your free trial to evaluate the app before subscribing.
✗ Not automatically refunded — but contact us.
If the AI consistently produced poor results and you reported it to us and we couldn't resolve it, contact support and we'll look at it case by case.

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, your account will be suspended pending investigation. We strongly encourage you to contact us first — we're happy to resolve billing issues directly and quickly.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. If you are in a jurisdiction with mandatory refund rights (such as the EU or UK), those rights apply in addition to this policy.
