We collect the minimum data needed to run Northern Armor. We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your workout information with third parties.
Northern Armor is a subscription-based fitness tracking application available at neurojarvis.cc. For privacy inquiries, contact us at [email protected].
Account information: Your email address and display name when you create an account.
Workout data: Exercises, sets, reps, weights, RPE ratings, session notes, and workout history that you log in the app.
Progress data: Personal records, XP, level, achievements, and streaks generated from your workouts.
Program data: Any custom workout programs you build or import, including uploaded PDF/spreadsheet files processed for import.
Subscription data: Your subscription status and billing period dates (managed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
Usage data: App preferences such as unit system (lbs/kg) and rest timer settings, stored locally on your device.
Supabase — Our database and authentication provider. Your workout data and account information is stored on Supabase-hosted infrastructure. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles all billing and stores your payment method. We never see or store your card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic (Claude API) — AI features (workout generation, program import) send relevant context (your goals, equipment, uploaded program text) to Anthropic's API to generate responses. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Your data is stored on Supabase servers with row-level security policies ensuring only you can access your own data. Connections are encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Sensitive preference data is also cached locally on your device for offline access.
No system is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.
Your data is retained as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Stripe retains billing records as required by law.

Northern Armor is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy when our practices change. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice.
