By using Northern Armor, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain language, not legalese.
By accessing or using Northern Armor ("the Service") at neurojarvis.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Northern Armor. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create accounts for others without their permission, or use automated means to create accounts.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Subscription: After the free trial, continued access requires a subscription at $9.99 per month. You will be prompted to subscribe when your trial ends.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your payment method is charged on the same date each month. All prices are in USD.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Subscribe in the app, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription pricing. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: we offer refunds for charges made in error or for technical issues preventing access. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period after cancellation.

Northern Armor uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate personalized workout programs and recommendations. AI-generated workouts are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.
Consult a qualified physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or injuries. You use AI-generated workouts at your own risk.
You own the workout data and content you create in Northern Armor. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.
The Northern Armor name, logo, app design, and all original content are owned by Northern Armor. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northern Armor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, injury, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks. Northern Armor is a software tool, not a personal trainer. You are solely responsible for your own safety during workouts. Always warm up, use proper form, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. We are not liable for any injury sustained while following programs or suggestions from the app.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Northern Armor operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
