By downloading, accessing, or using the Northern Armor application (the "App") at neurojarvis.cc or via Google Play, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Northern Armor ("we," "us," or "our"), operated from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Free Trial
New users may be offered a 7-day free trial of Northern Armor Premium. The trial begins at sign-up. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the then-current monthly rate unless you cancel before the trial expires.

The workout plans, exercise recommendations, strength benchmarks, and all other fitness content provided by Northern Armor — including AI-generated content — are for informational and general fitness purposes only. This content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before beginning any exercise program, consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, recent surgery or injury, are pregnant or postpartum, or have any cardiovascular, joint, or metabolic condition.
Northern Armor, its developers, and its AI service providers are not responsible for any injury, health consequence, or adverse outcome resulting from the use of content provided by the App.
Our Content
The App, its design, code, AI-generated training templates, workout structures, and all related content are owned by Northern Armor and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the personal data you input (workout logs, body weight, programs, etc.). By using the App, you grant Northern Armor a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process this data solely to provide the services described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time; update pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers; and change these Terms with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada. If you are a consumer in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply and are not overridden by this clause.
